Production
Our production facilities are equipped with modern equipment for the manufacture of environmentally friendly disposable biotableware. For the production of tableware, we use high-quality raw materials from Miscanthus grown on our own plantations, as well as certified cellulose raw materials from the best Russian manufacturers. Our tableware is 96% cellulose and 4% water- and grease-repellent coating. The entire manufacturing process is automated and fully controlled by electronic systems, allowing us to produce up to 50 units of products per minute. Automatic packaging helps maintain an aesthetic appearance and does not compromise the integrity of the products.
Quality Control
The high quality of our products is ensured by a well-organized quality control system at every stage of production. A modern laboratory monitors all stages of the production and technological processes, from the incoming inspection of raw materials to the quality control of finished products.
